"Place was clean and quiet. The guests in the rental next to us came and sat with us at the fire. When it started to rain we all sat in the kitchen/screen porch. A short walk to stores and places to eat as well. Only thing I would suggest is to maybe put a number or even a metal wall decoration on the doors so we can find the right doors easier. "We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. "We had a great time! The house, yard, and pool were all clean and exactly as pictured. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The check-in process was simple and the owner contacted us (through the VRBO app) a few times to ensure all was well. Very organized and well thought out. Fantastic stay."

But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. Having 2 vehicles in our party and having to park one of them a block away and walking back and forth was a little inconvenient, but thankfully, the weather was nice - no rain and not too hot or too cold.
