"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "

Maybe it was the time of the Year that we seen way more Mexican Clientele with Families.Therefore we ask to be moved to a quieter Poolside & more peaceful. All in all we enjoyed our stay even so there started renovating & had a good time & would go back again "
