"I've winter VRBO'd in Ouray for decade+ & most disappointed w/this one. Furnishings ok, though some of the bed frames very rickety (bring ear plugs). Some bathrooms had bars of soap, some didn't. There was trash under some of the beds. Had to do our own shoveling, 2 members fell on ice doing so. Property mnger didn't respond to text asking for ice melt. Message in binder says it snows in Ouray in the winter & they can't control the snow removal. Have stayed @ many properties in the area over the years & NEVER had this problem. Heat works once you figure it out. Set to return to below 60 every night so make sure you put a hold to keep it from going too low overnight. Other reviews said it doesn't have extra blankets, but we found them in the (cobwebbed) closets. We also found that both trash cans overfull. We were a family of 8 & only generated 1 bag of trash for 3 nights, so no way had the trash been put out in weeks. Kitchen stocked w/basics. Bring your own can opener &d wine opener-ones there no longer work. They have a coffee bean grinder, so you can leave that @ home. Views are pretty-you should be looking out @ the mountains & then you won't mind the house in front of you. Neighborhood dog greets you in the evenings. Pictures misleading as they make it seem like there is trailhead on the property. This is a regular house w/a regular lot. The TH is in the neighborhood, not near house. Overall, would stay again if managed differently."
