The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions around Ouray. The hot tub was wonderful after hiking all day. It's very convenient to Telluride and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

Gave us a room that was not cleaned. We got a new one. Was on 2nd floor. Sidewalks and stairways were not shoveled from snow. Very slippery. Coffee and breakfast sacks were not available at 8 am. Hot tubs were over filled with people at night so we couldn’t use.

This property has everything you need for short stay with dogs. Owner John is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Having dog park right next to property was a huge plus, and the area around is cute and charming with river running next to it. Our room was nice with king size bed and shower was clean. Also this place has really good coffee during breakfast service a lot better than the coffee shops in town.
