We loved being able to hang out in the several lounging spots at the house, being able to walk the beach and tidepools directly in front of the home and easily walk to town. We didn't feel like we needed to leave the property it was so great. Mei, the property manager helped us immediately and gave recommendations. We would absolutely book again."

"Despite some not-so-great weather, we enjoyed our stay at Stephen and Donna's beautiful condo in Kona. It is very spacious and for 2 couples, the two bedrooms with king beds was perfect, with an extra bathroom to boot! We loved that it was a short walk from all of the great shops and restaurants in Kona and it was fully stocked with all the beach supplies.....even a flat iron and curling iron. Highly recommend!"

"This property really is in the best location. You can walk to shops, restaurants, the Kona Pier. The property is so clean. There’s plenty of bedding and towels. There’s a washer and dryer which is super convenient. The listing pictures show a twin bed and trundle in one of the bedrooms. We were surprised to find a queen bed is now in this bedroom. We made it work anyway but would have planned differently had we known this ahead of time. You can see the ocean from the balcony. We loved watching...

"We loved the location and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Having two bathrooms was great! The kitchen had all of the conveniences for preparing many of our meals. The views from the lanai were amazing."

"It was right across the street from the ocean with a view of the waves from the patio. Within walking distance of anything you may need and the room itself had all the equipment for a fun day at the beach. Check in is at the Kona Islander Hotel lobby and you get the parking permit and directions to the parking lot after that. The room is a bit small for 4 adults/teens but it was doable without any issue. Definitely recommend it."

"The condominium was beautiful and well renovated, my family and I loved the deck/lanai. Unfortunately we had issues with the AC. We contacted the owners through VRBO but they live on the east coast and this made communication difficult. All communication was through text, calls were not returned. The lack of a property manager on the island made this issue difficult to work out as by the time we communicated there was a a statement of getting an hvac person out but I did not want to wait or...
