"This was our second stay at this condo resort. This condo is a nice 1 bedroom located on the south side of the building overlooking Honl's Beach. The condo is very nice and suited two of just perfectly, but can accommodate an additional 1 or 2 people. The kitchen is well appointed, even having a coffee bean grinder (necessary for grinding the Kona coffee beans that you purchase at the growers' farms) and a blender. There is some salt & pepper and a few odds and ends in the kitchen pantry closet...

"We had a nice time and this was a comfortable place to stay. Could use a bit of a refresh but nothing major. It was my first time staying in Kailua-Kona and it is a bit of a zoo for our taste. Next time I will probably look for a place outside the core area. Did have a nice visit overall, went for a great hike on the Jurassic Trail, a beautiful tropical forest loop of about 3.5 miles. Warning though, lots of rocks and roots so poles recommended for older hikers"

"Things we liked - the staff was excellent, the food and drinks we had at the hotel were good, the shower and amount of hot water was great, the view from our balcony was lovely, and the lagoon was quiet and peaceful. Things that could have been better - overall the site seemed a bit run down, and our room had a strong musty odor. The staff was gracious and deodorized each day and it did improve. We also liked that there was daily yoga!"
