The royal mile with all the shops and restaurants was literally a 3 minute walk. Arthur’s Seat trail was only 15 minute walk. Shopping district a 10 minute walk. "Great choice for easy access to Edinburgh without having to negotiate the traffic. The local bus stops a short walk away and was £2 each way. The location was very pretty and quiet with great parking. The food was very good and all the staff were very helpful and attentive.
