"The house was well presented and ideal for a stay in Henley, with lots of thoughtful touches and being just a short walk to the town centre and the river. There are also plenty of places to visit locally. We were mostly able to find parking within a few minutes walk of the property so wasn’t an issue. Manager was very helpful and responsive. The stairs to the bedroom are not many but are narrow and very steep, almost a ladder, which may be difficult for those with mobility problems. I was there...

"This is a perfect place to relax and unwind if you're looking for peace and gorgeous farmland. Lots of footpaths nearby, including a nature preserve. A car is necessary to get to nearby attractions like Stonor Park or Waddeston but it would be possible to spend a long weekend here and walk to a nearby pub or creamery that makes decision cheese. Lots of farm stands too, to stock up on locally raised produce. We used the kitchen a lot and found it adequate for all our needs. The family is lovely...

"Hotel du Vin, Henley is a lovely place to stay. The building is so nice, especially the courtyard garden. I sat in the sunshine with a cold Provence rose, it was just glorious. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Stayed in room Tommasi Amarone, great bathroom. Perhaps very best was breakfast. I always tell myself I'm not going to have the full English.... but I always do and its always great! Location couldnt be better, just off the river nestled in the town. Absolutely fabulous dahlings....

"Should not be listed on Hotels.com. They are not a proper business. They close and lock up at 9pm, with no desk or contact - so you can't get in. Good luck turning up here after dinner… it's in the middle of nowhere and you are stuck!"
