"Good place to stay although I had asked for a quiet room and later in the day/early evening I could hear planes taking off when the airport changed the take off runway to the one closest to the hotel. In future I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel. I still had a good night’s rest. Check in was easy, staff were helpful. We were going to use the airport bus that stops at the hotel but there was a transfer van looking for customers when we left early in the morning so we used it and paid the same price as the bus. I would stay here again. "

"We stayed at the Leonardo for a week (May 24-31 2024)while visiting our grandchildren in Wolvercote. Initially, the room assigned to us was quite small. We couldn’t unpack two full size suitcases. Rena at reception worked to find us a room we could spread out in for the week. Thank you Rena you made our experience at the Leonardo a pleasurable one!"

"The hotel is fine. We have stayed here before and like it as it is close to Heathrow. The only issue is the shuttle service to Heathrow is through an agency that the hotel contracts with so it is pricey compared to Uber "
