"Nice hotel, comfortable beds with a huge TV. Would be better if had small coffee maker in room.
Walking distance to broadway shows & Time Square.
Staff was very friendly, especially the door man at night."
"The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it."
"Highly impressed by this hotel. They stored our luggage prior to check in, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade once checked in. Stafff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large, especially for nyc, and clean. "
