"Very safe and clean experience- friendly welcome for reception desk every time I passed. Private curtains around bed plus huge storage drawer underneath that held my entire rucksack! Showers clean, hot and powerful. Lovely breakfast with fresh pastries and loads more choice in pleasant area. Recycling points everywhere. Lots of space in room. Women only room plus next door toilets/showers. Lovely hostel, the best I've stayed in!"

"Disappointing experience. For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests.
