"When I arrived I was waiting for almost 30-45 minutes to check if I was aloud inside, I was left alone with no confirmation to allow me inside, The interior was in disrepair, wires could be seen hanging off the wall, the stairs carpets were barely holding together. And as soon as I entered the room I wanted to leave.

The booking was made with laundry access in mind. Both floors had one washing machine out of action. The following day my washing machine failed, putting on a 15 minute wash became 90 minutes with no spin and then on spin separately that failed.
