"This is a really lovely property located about 15 miles south of the Delaware turf. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There were two queen size beds to sleep in nice size, bathroom, coffee, service in the room, as well as a decent size refrigerator, and a microwave. it is a family home there are, some comfort noises like children foot but overall, I really liked staying here and having the opportunity to get away from the typical hotel environment."

"The house was immaculate, beds comfortable and the location was nice if you want something with less crowds and a little more remote. We stayed preseason but the beach was empty. Lots of Horeshoe crabs could make laying out on the beach a little uncomfortable but we are beach walkers and found it very interesting with lots of birds, crabs etc...Important to note that Fowler Beach (just north) is closed all summer for the nesting birds."

I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. The owners, Amber and Josh, are quick to respond to any question we may have. This time a storm rolled through and they assured us that all would be well with the house and it was. We marveled at how high the water rose wondering if it would reach the deck of the new dock. It didn't. This house is beautiful and comfortable. What more could we want for a beach vacation?"
