“We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe...

“We always go away in spring with our daughter and her family as a Christmas gift. This property was fantastic for an infant (14 months) the living room had a round coffee table that was the perfect size and we placed his tub of toys in front of the fire place to block it. Just enjoy room to walk around. And couches were comfortable!”

“I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place.”

Hands down the screened in porch to hang out and watch the bay with our coffee and the sunset while playing games was absolutely what we wanted. “The location was great. It had a beautiful deck with spectacular sunsets and a well-stocked kitchen. Plus it was dog friendly! Unfortunately, swimming in the water wasn’t possible because of numerous jellyfish. However the beach was great for walking.”

“The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I fell in love with the little town of Milton. We celebrated my son’s 1st birthday with a long weekend and it was just perfect for him. Slide the sofa over on the deck to block the exit and you have a baby proof play area while you kick back and relax. “This was the perfect place for our family Vaca!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. A lot of privacy is provided by the shrubbery and the beach is just a few steps away. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and 2 small dogs and we did not feel crowded at all. Loved it and definitely hope to return again. The sunrises on the beach were spectacular and there is a wildlife viewing area within walking distance for the most glorious sunsets. Definitely recommend.”

“Excellent location within walking distance of the mall/stores in Cape May and right on the beach. The layout of the rooms is great for larger families or multiple families travelling together since there are separate bedrooms, multiple baths and a full kitchen. Friendly and accommodating staff. Superior beds and linens. They make you feel special. We stay here often and will continue to do so.”
