5/5 Excellent
"All staff including valet, check-in and restaurant/bakery/bar staff were polite and professional. Rooms definitely need upgrades, there were no smart plugs or adapters. It was definitely dated especially in shower and entrance doors. I would give it a 7/10 mostly for valet and wait staff but based on rooms--it would be 6/10. "
