"Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up...
