"Overall it was great experience. Easy check in and check out process. The room was clean and the wheelchair accessible as we had requested. I only wished the pool would stay open later than 10pm. "

"The only thing I would mention, I’m sorry to say, negatively, is the does to the rooms were very heard to close. You had to pull with all your might until it slammed shut. At any part of the day, who cares? At 6am you hear people trying to shut their doors. All the slamming. Other than that, everything, including breakfast was great. "

"This hotel was very convenient and comfortable, providing a great room with everything that we needed and was pretty clean. I would have given the highest rating especially since at check in the staff were very welcoming and supportive, however at checkout there were different staff and this person was not as welcoming. I called down to request a late checkout as I was so relaxed in my comfortable room that I wanted just a little extra time to prepare to leave and the front desk woman was so cold and short, barked at me to say: “No, we don’t do late check out “ and hung up the phone on me. You would have thought that I called for a free stay- her rudeness and lack of hospitality was a real let down to this great stay. I will definitely still come back, but hopefully she won’t be working her shift when I do return. "
