"I learned that the Magnolia hotel was built first in 1910 as a Bank and a family bought the building in 1995 and converted it into a hotel. This hotel has character and history. The hotel is conveniently licated near the conventiin center and just a walk away from Union Station. Cons: one elevator was undergoing renovation and the other 2 elevators were very busy. This is understandable. Love: the hotel offers coffee and tea with a variety of milks to choose from in the mornings. In the afternoons they offer cookies and milk. The gym has a set of weights, 2 benches, 2 peloton bikes, a couple of treadmills, area for yoga etc, and locker rooms. The gym has towels, water and fruits. Is well maintained and clean. "

"Perfect location. Quiet part of Denver, but so close to shopping, events, restaurants... Our room was spacious, extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. They had a great variety of items for a hot or cold breakfast. Service was friendly and accommodating. You can tell it is a little older, as wallpaper is peeling in a few places, scuff marks on tables in lobby. But it didn't matter to us. We were comfortable, and happy. "

"Pretty new building. So, staff was motivated working in such a nice environment. There are restaurants near by, but didn’t have a lot of time to visit them. The room was quiet, way clean and brand new, so no repairs were visible. The room had a couch, table, fridge and bar area as well as an ample closet and drawer space. Shower was super and towels were soft and didn’t smell like strong antiseptic though they were obviously sanitized. The bed was so ver comfortable and sheets were fresh smelling. Super soft comfy pillows. Parking behind the hotel was ample with multiple entryways. Highly recommend."
