"Nearly everything was perfect -- A great location, clean unit, accurate description, comfortable beds, communication with the manager, etc. However, the property needed a couple of maintenance items--specifically underneath the kitchen sink was missing a small section of LVP flooring, the door trim above the king bedroom door had some water damage from the wall AC unit, and the bunk bed frame was fairly loose. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen as we were cooking healthy meals at home. Property manager was very responsive. Only took advantage of the included e-bike rental one day because we were otherwise busy - it was a wonderfully fun way to explore the area."

"This condo worked out great for us. Setup was spot on. Had everything we needed. Check-in was not as easy as it should be. We had to buy access passes to enter the building. This was not stated anywhere before, during or after the booking. Only when we actually showed up to check-in. We had no option at that point except to pay extra."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
