"We celebrated with family and friends my son’s nearby college graduation at the Silver Sands. We stayed 5 days in Kemp’s Cottage, Monarch and Hawksbill. Each unit was unique. All were clean, updated, and comfortable. We enjoyed the beach, often felt like we had it all to ourselves! The pathway to the beach is lush and we saw gopher tortoises. We ate and shopped locally and also saw a rocket launch from beach. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for everything!"

"Came down for my birthday. I love the area between Ormond and New Smyrna and always look for a place along the river or a short walk from the beach. This place was perfect and a comfortable spot to call home for the week"

"This place was immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor. It was that clean. The beds were super comfy, nice sheets and brand new towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of parking and very easy access to get into the house. The outside space in the back was very nice. This house exceeded our expectations in many ways. We just wanted to be close to the Pictona Pickleball facility, which was less than a mile away and this house was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again when we come up to...

"The property was very nice, clean, and quiet. The only noise I really heard was the dogs in the street. I was happy to see that everything I needed in the kitchen was available, as Im a chef, I like to cook alot. Everything we needed, besides the trip to Disney was within a 15 minute drive. The residence is in a small town, right outside Daytona, with lots of places to go. Diane was very quick to answer any conveebs questions. I ended up with the flu, I was happy to be in there in the peaceful...

"Host was outstanding!! Just had to sweep off deck no big deal. Bed firm but I have back issues. Everything you need for place was there. Toilet paper-paper towels-shampoo-conditioner- bath soap- extra trash bags- salt-pepper-list goes on. Just a little walk to beach and local restaurants. Enjoy the deck (private). Excellent vacation! "Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions."

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
