“Very nice accommodations. The studio is small but we knew that. Small but clean, FANTASTIC VIEW. Quaint little place and the staff does a great job of keeping the area clean. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to have some kind of privacy on the balcony. This room is in the center so if people were on the balconies next to us, we would literally be staring into each others eyes LOL —-but doesn’t really matter as the pros outweigh the cons “for sure”.”

“We celebrated our Buddies 60th Birthday at his favorite place to go. Daytona’s Ocean Walk Resort. We have been coming to this resort for 25+ years and it never disappoints. We had a great ocean front room that was clean, spacious and all the amenities of home. Would highly recommend to anyone.”

“This is a well maintained and clean condo. Everything you could need is there. The owner was easy to reach when necessary & quickly responded. We stayed for 6 weeks and really didn't mind the construction much; and we look forward to coming again!!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach house with 5 adult women. The condo exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a breathtaking view. The panoramic vista of the ocean was truly mesmerizing and created a sense of tranquility that instantly put us in vacation mode. The house itself was charming and we felt instantly at home. But perhaps the best part of our experience was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk from the house, we found……

“We were in Daytona for a track meet at Embry-Riddle and decided to stay at the beach. This location was great, and the unit was perfect for 2. The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. Our host was very informative and friendly and we had a great stay. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would certainly think of booking again if we are in the area.”

“Unit is a very short walk to beach. Due to hurricane damage and subsequent rebuild, a small detour to the beach is handy and close. Traveling as a couple, this place had it all for us: one bedroom, two beds, two baths, living area open with full kitchen. All clean! We’ll be back!”

“Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions.”

“This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground……
