Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. "Terrific location for a large family gathering - kids loved the pool and the tennis court, adults loved the space and quiet. Train station 15 minutes away got us to the centre of Rome in an hour. Roberto was a responsive and welcoming host."

"The unit was filled with many inexpensive drinks and foods to purchase and many other items were free. The unit was clean and well appointed. The bedding was the best I experienced in Europe. "We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"This property was not convenient to all that we wanted to see in Rome. The house was not well stocked. There was no laundry detergent, limited rolls of toilet paper, limited amount of towels. and truly pitiful bed pillows Uber or taxi expenses were large."

"Amazing property with spectacular views. Our host was fantastic. Getting to the house the first time is an adventure, but the town that sits below is cute with very cool stores and shops. It is a 15 minute drive to the train station and then another 20-25 minutes and you are in the middle of Rome. We are thinking about coming back with our younger kids in a year or two, just an incredible vacation and place to stay"

"Everything was incredibly easy and well done with this apartment. Alessandro and Carlotta contacted me to set up an appointment, they were flexible to our schedule and understanding when we arrived late because of traffic. Communication was easy, fast, clear and the place was even better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much in this area, was perfect for two people and a 13-month old child (no lift, but we left buggy downstairs). Thanks so much for this great space to experience Rome!"

All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. "Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners."

"This is a unique place to stay when site seeing in Italy. The chance to combine a recreational beach vacation with tourism is rare. "The check in process took a while since people all arrived at the same time and there was no order to who went next because the machine was broken to take a number. After getting checked in everything was great. The room was all we needed and we were only a quick bus and metro ride away from everything in Rome."
