Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"

"In a great area of Manhattan, walkable distance to restaurants and subway stations. Room was clean and modern. Not enough elevators for the amounts of floors in the hotel which means it takes a while to come up & down."

"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. I was very upset that no notice was ever provided to me and in fact had received a reminder email of my Radisson booking only a...
