"First of all the family owners were exceptional. They greated us with open arms and really invited us to take time with the horses. My wife was side by side with feeding time. And if your worried about staying in a stable house, don't! It is fixed up very nicely, with some of the best furniture I have had in a VRBO unit. "Harbor House is the perfect Ephraim getaway! Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, it provides everything we needed for a family reunion. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and the dining table is huge for family gatherings. A highlight of our stay was gathering around the firepit on a chilly night watching the stars come out. The owners, Randy and Elizabeth, were so kind and welcoming. If we could give Harbor House SIX stars we would!!"

"We loved our stay! The house is lovely—plenty of room for the 12 of us. The children enjoyed the games provided. There was room for them to play and for the adults to sit and talk. Very clear instructions were left in the binder for us. The beds were very comfortable; even my 12-year-old granddaughter commented on how comfortable her bed was (and she was on the pull-out bed!) "First, we want Evolve to know that we think this property is a nice piece of property. Whomever initially built it had good instincts. We can see that it could be a an attractive beautiful place. But here is the thing: 1) When we first arrived we were only told to use the keyless code - which Evolve provided. But there was no instruction on how to use the code. "We finally made it up to Door County to celebrate our 50th birthdays, albeit 2 years later. The house was very nice & clean. It had a lot of supplies in the kitchen & bath that were a nice touch. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the woods and the quiet."

"We were amazed at the size of the rooms and the amenities this house offers. There is a huge family room and dining area. A cozy fireplace was just what we needed for the rainy weekend. They have a large deck and big table that even has a fire pit in the center. The bedrooms are big and the bathrooms have everything you’d need.
