The huge Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s dining for 10 around the large, granite center island.

Just off the great room is a fabulous covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, and a private Hot Tub. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the local wildlife! The property backs up to open space and one of Suncadia’s hiking/biking trails.

The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a King Bed, TV w/Dish, and a beautiful en-suite private bath. The bath features an amazing soaking tub, large walk-in tile shower, and double sinks.

Just down the hallway off the kitchen is a Guest Suite with a Queen Bed, large TV w/Dish, and a private bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo.

The third bedroom on the main floor is a kid’s bunk room, complete with two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and a large TV with Dish and XBox 360. The bunk room is supported by a guest bath with a tile shower.

Down a corridor and up a flight of stairs is the second floor guest apartment. The main room has a King Bed, large TV w/Dish, and a kitchenette. Through a door off the main room is a bunk room with a Twin over a Full Bunk. The guest apartment has its own private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The guest apartment is ideal for a family of 5.


Elk View Lodge is an ideal location for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples!

** PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking.
