"My husband and I were there with our adult daughter and her two children. More than enough room---and such fun rooms. It's a happy place. My grandkids couldn't get enough pool and the adults were comfortable keeping an eye on them when we weren't enjoying the pools ourselves. Great support team to help us find things we needed, suggesting great restaurants, and serving drinks. Definitely a memorable Thanksgiving for us all."

Saw whales from the back deck, swimming beach nearby, and close drive to lots of locations to explore Baja. Mike set up a fun fishing trip to catch 7 Dorados out in the open ocean. "The property was perfect for my husband and I. We loved the location. It was less than a 15 minute walk into the town square but also had a pizza place right on the corner of the block which was very good plus a 5 minute walk to a great breakfast place and a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. it was in immaculate condition and very clean when we arrived. "Cannot rave enough about our incredible experience at this home in Pescadero. The house was meticulously maintained and so incredibly comfortable during our weeklong stay. Frank the estate manager was EXCEPTIONAL. He communicated early on about any particular needs we had before we checked in for our weeklong stay. When we arrived, a huge fruit basket awaited us, beer in the refrigerator and freshwater. When you book this home, do not miss out on hiring Frank and Brenda his wife (who is a chef)...

"We stayed in the West Wing Villa for a week in January and were happy with the nice step-up and comfort. Everything as advertised in the listing. We liked the outside communal pool area for daylight and sunshine. We moved to the smaller Pool Villa for the last part of our stay as we preferred its modern bright feel. Very quiet secure location. Kim had great helpful suggestions on where to visit, latest restaurants and obviously loves the Baja."

It's a perfect location,-blocks from the beach so you get the upper level view and the nice breezes, but not the cold dampness that happens in homes right on the beach. "I've visited TS before but it was the first time for my friends and we all really enjoyed the property. The pool was nice and warm, location was pretty close to downtown (still need a car) but our favorite was how close it was to the beach and surrounding surf spots. Erik was extremely responsive and helpful with questions. Would totally stay here again."
