"A lovely modern hotel with great staff who were very helpful. Right across the street from Casa Mila and a few metres from Metro and hopon hopoff bus stops. It's a busy area with lots of high end shopping and we really enjoyed that location. We had great meals and bought a few items in the supermarkets when we decided to have quiet meals on the balcony or sitting inside ( the balcony faced west and was pretty hot in the afternoon after all day out in the sun). Pretty much a perfect place to stay"

"We had a great time at Hotel Jazz - the rooms were just like the pictures. They checked us in about an hour earlier than check out. The rooftop bar and pool was very inviting and we spent a lot of time up there when we weren't touring the city. Jaime and Mary Lou were awesome and invited us to a beer tasting and provided delicious snacks that went well with the beers we were sampling. Thanks Jaime and Mary Lou for a great time. "We were sent away to another property, MH Apartment upon arrival at Grandom Suites on Dec 28, 2019! We did not consent to this change!! We had planned activities around Grandom Suites neighbourhood. The apartment at the alternate location is old, yes spacious, but with dated fixtures. The bathroom is clean but unpleasant . The shower has no water pressure, and hot water was scarce, most of the time it was just lukewarm!! Not satisfactory."
