"It was beautiful, the grounds are delightful and the hotel is bespoke and elegant, and so quiet!"

"The property is adjacent to the Rosebud Golf Club. It is older but is being progressively updated to a good standard. The rooms are large; well appointed and comfortable and clean. Parking is directly outside. It is a quiet area, staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed several times since 2016 - for golf and for its convenient central Peninsula location. It is very close to Rosebud township for food and groceries.We highly recommend this property otherwise we would not continue to return...

"After having stayed at Chateau Elan a few years back and having a great experience, we decided to revisit, but increase the duration of our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by welcoming staff, and comforted by a balcony room that was made daily, and overlooked part of their golf course. With nearby restaurants literally a short walk away, it made for some laid back nights. Their onsite Day Spa is well worth planning ahead and making a reservation in advance! "

"Suite was a large and comfortable lounge/kitchenette and bedroom. Bathroom had high bath with shower at one end - a little awkward for older folk to step in. Needed grab rails."
