"We loved the resort. However did not have our room cleaned once over the 4 days by house keeping and no fresh towelling daily. There was no coffer mugs only paper cups and cheap coffer and tea selection. Toilet paper was placed upside down on the toilet roll holder and the grout in the bathroom was dirty on the floor and in the shower. The restaurant and reception staff were amazing and provided excellent food and service. We had an amazing experience and there was so many activities...

"The gardens are beautiful and there was plenty of entertainment for our grandchildren. Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Bar snacks were reasonably priced. "

"Everything great 👍👍👍 The only thing is a Google maps update required, not sure if this is a property issue or something else. Directions from property management to us was great but we ordered a taxi and to pass on these directions was difficult so a maps update would be great. Cheers "
