"When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV."

"Newly remodeled house. Very cute 3 bedroom (all have TVs), 2 bathroom. Nice front porch to drink your morning coffee. Washer and dryer. Cozy living room to relax. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Also, highly recommend renting the golf cart. This place is close to downtown. If you are wanting exercise you can walk downtown. However, it is nice to be able to cruise around to the dollar general and pick up snacks. You can also use the golf cart to see the Toronto Blue Jays practice stadium....

"Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown...

"We stayed at Mai Tai Suites for its location and it is dog friendly. We have visited Dunedin many times but this was our first trip with our dog. We had an amazing time and Karen and John certainly take pride in their property. It looks just like the photos and is incredibly clean. Everything you need is there including a very short walk to the Dunedin Causeway and short drive to Honeymoon Island. The free pass to Honeymoon was wonderful and we used it almost every day.
