Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly.”

“When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV.”

“We stayed at Mai Tai Suites for its location and it is dog friendly. We have visited Dunedin many times but this was our first trip with our dog. We had an amazing time and Karen and John certainly take pride in their property. It looks just like the photos and is incredibly clean. Everything you need is there including a very short walk to the Dunedin Causeway and short drive to Honeymoon Island. The free pass to Honeymoon was wonderful and we used it almost every day.
