"Staff was welcoming and accommodating upon check-in arrival. Breakfast was good both of the days we were there. Staff kept the property clean. Room was clean just a little outdated. The fridge didn't keep things as cold and both couches had noticeable stains. Hotel is close distance to a lot of places and huge perk to have parking included. We went to the H-E-B across the street and they even had security. Would stay here again as we felt safe. Good hotel for families and pets."

"The bad: Hot tub was not functional and pool was the size of a postage stamp. Parking was valet only for $40/ day. Dresser in the room was broken. All 3 drawers were broken and not functional. Room was dated looking and beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good in any regards.The good: all staff we interacted with were polite, helpful, and pleasant. A/c in the room worked great! Room was spacious and we loved the full kitchen! Shower was hot and had great pressure! "

Enjoyed our visit at Hotel Valencia
"We enjoyed 3 nights at Hotel Valencia. The breakfast was excellent every morning, as was the service. We ate inside, but there is a nice area of tables on the extended balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Our room also enjoyed an excellent view. There is also a quiet courtyard on the 3rd floor with a huge tiled feature with water streaming down, and a fire at the bottom. Very quiet and relaxing place to read, snack, or use your ipad."
