"We have stayed at many VRBOs and rental homes over the years, and the Bella Villa is one of the best! John is a thoughtful and responsive host. The apartment is surrounded by the character of Little Italy and is convenient to public transit and all the offerings of the Chicago area. The unit itself is very well appointed and filled with lots of little extras that make it extra special. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!!!"

"The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too!"

"Kim’s place is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from the Roscoe Village shops and restaurants. It was also an easy 20 minute walk from shops and restaurants in the Southport area and a 30 minute walk from Wrigley Field. We had no problems parking on the street throughout our stay. If you enjoy Cubs games and a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance…then this is the place for you!"

"The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and...
