"Stayed here for a few nights. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood which was very nice. Access into the home was easy due to the communication with the owners. Upon entering the house it gives you a peaceful feeling. It’s an open floor plan, which we loved, it was clean and cutely decorated. "Overall the stay was pleasant, the binder information about places close by was very useful. Although we were not use to some of the house rules we did our best out the owners respect. The home was cozy really nice great stay."

We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier. Overall, it was very nice and convenient for us."

"Our party came into town for a weekend basketball tournament in Roseville. The interior of the house was clean and had been nicely updated. It was well temperature controlled and remained comfortable throughout our stay. After games on Saturday with the temperatures at 90+ the pool was awesome for our teens to cool off in while the parents enjoyed the deck area. The owners were prompt on all communications and accommodating to our needs."

"House is very nice and roomy. Perfect for a family. The pool looked inviting but it was a little too chilly for us to use it. Zhong was very responsive when we had an issue and took care of things immediately. This would be a perfect house if you need to work remotely as there were several areas to set up your space."

We did not know if they would even have a place to stay (poss scam). Finally the owner called me and stated it was fault because I did not fill out questions about "snacks and so forth".
