“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

“Great for what we needed for our trip to Florida from the UK. We were mainly exploring the parks, after long days it was great to come back, relax and go straight to sleep. Let's be honest, after walking all day, any bed is comfortable. The shower worked, but don't expect amazing water pressure. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch for days when we were in a rush and just wanted something quick. We didn't use the pool but it looked good.”
