"The hotel was so close to great restaurants and all the areas you should go see. All the downtown attractions were a 10-15 min pleasurable walk. The snacks and water and coffee/ tea always available was amazing too! Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed…. The room was so romantic! "

"This hotel is convenient to the centro historico, it is two blocks from the Gran Plaza and one block from Plaza Santa Lucia. It is an older hotel with a courtyard in the center, typical of what hotels were like in the past. Unique and clean with a restaurant downstairs. The hotel bathrooms need a little updating, but not remodeling the hotel to make it modern because it would lose its character."

"My favorite place in Mexico . Quiet, elegant and stunning, this jungle retreat is worth the splurge. Staff are efficient and friendly, food is good and amenities are top notch . The water circuit after a great workout with cenote views is my preferred start to my day . I also dream of the time I can return to this amazing resort. "
