"Friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would have given all 5 stars throughout if my room had been tidied up each day with new towels every day and beds made. I’ve never ever stayed at a motel before where used towels and cloths are left and new clean ones were not delivered each day. Everything was kept clean, and not making beds would have been acceptable, but not delivering clean towels/cloths each day and not emptying garbage cans is unacceptable. I had to ask for new towels every time...

"Nice hotel. Very convenient to drive in and out of for a Charlottesville business trip. Very quiet and very close to Bodo's Bagels (big plus). The rooms were very clean, well kept, and I enjoyed my brief visit. Breakfast is adequate and as advertised."

"Several times OJ was out, but we got to watch the crows feast on the overflowing trash can just outside the dining area. Outdoor sofas seemed the attract inconsiderate guests with stinking cigars and trash left behind. I’ve stayed here off and on for almost two years and it seems like things are starting to slip since January."
