"Here is the problem. We checked room to stay there the night before our flight. We were told that we would have free shuttle to the airport our flight left at 7:10 am. We were told to be ready for the shuttle at 4:45 am. We were ready. We waited no shuttle. I asked the man at the front if the hotel. He said the shuttle was coming. It didn’t. We were ready to book a ride through Uber and a taxi pulled up. Thank God. It cost us 18 better than missing the flight !! I asked for compensation...
