"We didn’t know what to expect but the hotel is great - not high- end spa as in a US resort, yet not completely on the “hospital’ end of the soectrun either. Haus 1 was in between and we felt very well. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and attractive. Great pools and massages!"

I did not leave a tip for the cleaning lady which I usually do, since I felt somehow not welcome. Really liked the swimming facilities. perfect to relax a bit. Food needs improving. Thank you."

Als wir nach einer mehrstündigen Fahrt angekommen sind war die Rezeption, die eigentlich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte, ganztägig geschlossen. An der Tür war eine Handynummer, welche man anrufen sollte, wenn etwas ist. Wir haben diese mehrfach angerufen, es ging immer eine Mailbox ran, welche sagte: Hinterlassen Sie eine Nachricht nach dem Signalton, abhören werde ich sie sowieso nicht. "Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Disappointed that Hotels.com did not tell us the hotel was being refurbished. Bar was closed during our 10 day stay. Parking at hotel was not free. They charge 5€ per night unless you want to walk 150 m away. Sky TV was totally in German. Had to ask Manager to change location of our room which originally opened onto the car park and was noisy. "So many options for breakfast. Even fresh lemon for tea. Room clean and comfortable. Check in and out very easy. Was able to park right in front of hotel at no charge but they also have covered parking for a fee. "
