"Loved the sea-view room, and the bed and chairs were very comfortable. What the Expedia listing does not say and their own website does is that there is live music every weekend, which can be loud enough even on the 2nd floor of rooms that sleeping might be difficult. Also, the parking area has only six spots for the 12 rooms at the hotel, so it’s not guaranteed that you would be able to park in their car park (5 pounds/day charge). "

"We had a great 2 night stay at the Fraser Suites. This was our second stay at this hotel and it was just as great as the first time. The hotel is right off the Royal Mile, convenient to restaurants, shopping, and historical sites. The rooms are nice, the bed comfortable, and the shower HOT! We will always choose this hotel when in Edinburgh!"
