"Had pleasant stay at regal airport hotel. This is the only hotel i stay when i visit kathmandu. They provide free shuttle, free breakfast, free xerox and excellent hospitality, super clean room with necessary amenities. They have elevator incase you have heavy luggage. "

"Upon entering the room we were impressed by the blue led lighting strips. It gave us the sense that we were going into a room of the future. However, they have enough other lights that we were able to read without any effort. (I don't really like hotels that are mood-lit and never able to make bright enough to read anywhere). The bath tub was wonderful. It is so great to sit and soak after a great trek."

"Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged us a walking safari with a very experienced local guide, just me my partner and another guide (i highly recommended this small group/personal option, a lot of the other groups we encountered were larger). "In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"Ok, this is hard to write because it is a beautiful property! Character in abundance ! Well trained staff ! Great welcome and my room was excellent perceived value for money ! Food for lunch and dinner was served fresh and at the correct temperature! Now the negatives ! My room was terribly noisy through badly fitting windows with zero insulation between room walls and the ceiling ! All the early evening was clip clop of people walking ! Not other fault of either the people just poor design...
