"This is the nicest property in Nagarkot. Everything was clean and comfortable and the service was great except for one incident that occurred at check in. It was pouring rain when we arrived and the staff did not come out to help us with our bags. The entrance to the property is several flights up and the staircase was a rushing torrent of water. "It was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice with many local cuisines options. The room was very large with a great mountain/lake view. It was stocked with water bottles and teas and coffe. Which was awesome. Clean and comfortable. "

"Perfect way to unwind after trekking. Free fruit platter. Staff was always attentive. Suggest more reasonable prices / packages for laundry especially given that lots of trekkers will be interested in using it. But if you do stay know many laundry services will wash and fold for 200 rupees per kilo. "

"It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel. "
