"Nice staying! There was jut an issue on our first day....before we arrived at the hotel I called to confirm our reservation and the receptionist told us that the check in was until 2:00pm, so we decided to go for a walk downtown. After 2:00pm, we arrived at the hotel and noticed the cabin wasn't clean yet. I had to call reception twice in order for them to send the cleaning lady! and it took more than an hour for the room to be ready."

"I didn’t like how staff would knock, ring doorbell and call at 9ish pm to come by and pick up room service dishes. We were all in bed relaxing and some of us got woken up at the many attempts made to come and pick up room service dishes late at night. This was very inconsiderate. "
