"Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk. "We had a good experience here. We requested a double room but ended up with adjoining rooms. The second bathroom was a nice surprise. The free breakfast was a very nice as well. We used the Park and Ride about 20 minutes from the hotel to travel into Prague. It was a very affordable and not too inconvenient way to visit the city."

"Nice hotel overall. It has a restaurant and bar. I ordered beef for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to have filet mignon placed in front of me. A good size bathroom with the typical small shower stall. Not a lot of power outlets, also not uncommon. The staff was friendly, although the night desk person didn't know too much English. "The room was massive and comfortable, clearly all recently decorated. The staff were friendly. However, the shower was terrible. There was no curtain or cubicle, just a hose from the bath taps. The shower head was mouldy and brittle and the water ran brown for several minutes upon first use. Breakfast wasn’t great. I would stay there again though, as it was good location and otherwise nice, just check the shower as soon as you get to the room."
