"Greatest place to stay in the area - hot springs - beautiful view - great staff - great service - the ride to the river facilities including - the horseback riding/tubing/mountain climbing was all perfect. The one thing I will say which was not as good was the evening food quality at their Sushi & Steak (two separate) restaurants. Go into town eat at Don Rufino (that place was absolutely excellent) and if you want some great brick oven pizza go to Anch'io. "

"From beginning to end the quality of service was exceptional! The staff was attentive, and eager to meet our every request. The room was spacious and clean. The property was emaculantly kept. The menu choices were broad and the food was delicious! The hot springs were amazing! Quiet and manicured. They have an area set aside for hotel guests. The location is perfect, a few minutes from la fortuna and most major attractions in the area. The roads all had fresh pavement so access to and from the hotel was not a problem. Signage on the road system is terrible so GPS is recommended."
