We had an unfortunate event on our first night with Housekeeping, and they tried to compensate us as much as possible, kindness and attention was our favorite reaction from all their personnel, from cart drivers, restaurants, SPAs, and the stars were the reception team. "Our stay at the ranch was wonderful. The room we had came with A/C which was very nice to come back to after long days in the sun. The staff (specifically Kevin, went above and beyond ensuring we had everything we needed.) They organized a lot of our activities we did while in La Fortuna. The bar and restaurant on property are a nice touch if we didn’t feel like going out that night or going anywhere for breakfast or lunch. I couldn’t recommend this place any more! Fantastic! "

"For a unique experience with interesting and intimate setting! Try the large hot spring pool or from a couple smaller ones. A jacuzzi and swimming pool are also available for a dip. We enjoyed all kinds of wildlife spotting's from the hot springs and from short walks around the property to the nearby farm. Bella the pig and some beautiful horses can be spotted roaming the property as well as a new 15-day old donkey! While petting the Donkey one of the farmers showed us where they had spotted...

"Pool cleanliness, sizes and options cannot be beat! The 24-hour pool is rotated, and pools cleaned and refilled daily. There are plenty of different temperatures as well as a natural cave sauna with mini hot waterfalls. Our room had a balcony with chairs where we could enjoy coffee in the morning and spot hummingbirds feeding. The room is stocked with everything from water, nuts, chips to a 5th of some liquors. The shower could have been a little better but was the only hotel of three we stayed...
