"This lodge and spa is located in a valley between two mountain ranges at about 5000 feet (compared to Monte Verde 4300 feet) and is considered to be within the range of cloud forest. When we arrived, we were checked in and the host was very nice but failed to give us clear information of how to navigate the privately owned cloud forest with very hilly resort location and four water falls all within the property. "We had a lovely time at the country inn! Made for a perfect stop after a long flight. They even let us check in early which was amazing! Easy to drive to other food but the restaurant at the hotel was great too! I don’t know about walking distance from other things it is situated next to many other hotels so I’d say maybe not walkable? Pool is a nice place to relax good sun, surrounded by plant life so not much city noise which was cool."
