"Did not care for the check in lockbox---no staff to handle people checking in for the 1st time??--was unnecessarily confusing and stress producing. Also really miss a coffee machine in the room---dislike going down a hall to get a cup of coffee early in the morning---don't like meeting other people in their pajamas and don't feel like getting fully dressed to get a cup of coffee at 6 or 7 am.
