"The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. "What an amazing experience! Frederick was great! This place is spacious and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after being a tourist all day. Just blocks from the metro station and the BEST croissants (2023 award) is right at that corner. Great restaurants on the canal which is only other two block walk. We highly recommend staying here!!!"

"Check in and out was easy. Our apartment was a 2-3 minute walk to metro, grocery, restaurants. Bakery was across the street. Host was very helpful with allowing us to check in early. Beds were comfortable and bedroom was large. Host helped us with getting cab for 4 a.m. pickup. Neighborhood was fairly quiet considering it is in the city."

"The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"Had a lovely stay in this uber cool apartment, in a fantastic area of Paris. Only small gripes were dirty pans and lack of a dishwasher tablet or two (suspect the two may be related!). Thanks to Olivier for coming at very short notice when we were leaving so we could retrieve our phones which we'd left inside - very helpful indeed :)"
