"The only downfall was that the pool was closed at certain times due to 2 weddings. Understandable but awkward for those wanting to swim. Would have been nice to know before booking due to us wanting to swim in the evenings. We stayed 3 nights. "
"The service was great but the bed in the room was horrible. We were able to change rooms for our 2nd night and it was a lot better. The breakfast on Sunday was bad and they ran out of food and closed up 20 minutes early so we didn’t get to eat."
"Such a beautiful hotel! The staff was very nice and accommodating. This is one of our favorite Columbus hotels. The interior is stunning and it brings a luxury modern feel. The rooms were nice and clean "
"The rooms- bedroom, bathroom and living room- were clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxing. The price per night was reasonable. We’d stay there again in the future. "

"My wife and I stayed one night to attend our nephew's graduation ceremony the next day. Great location, easy access to eating and shopping facilities. Our room was clean and bed very comfortable. I give a great plus for the microwave and fridge in the room. And the continental breakfast was satisfying. "

"I have no real complaints - there was a fire station right across the street so there were sirens througout the day. Luckily they weren't overly bothersome to me.
One of the (2) elevators was down during my stay.
Parking is across the street, which was tedious at times, but ultimately not a big deal.
The room was clean and the staff friendly, so I'd stay here again in the future."
